The room provided a very modern feel with thoughtful touches. I found a beautiful view was just outside. our room size was just right, i especially loved the huge, comfortable bed. its perfect setting near cirencester was great. I never felt so relaxed.
i found the lighting in the room a little poor for reading.

The hotel had well-kept grounds, I appreciated that. The room was large and light, it included decking overlooking the water. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was grateful.
I found no conditioner in the room, it was a bit disappointing.

The apartment had a lake view. The facilities were immaculate. All the staff were friendly. They were very helpful. I will book again based on this experience. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there. It was a wonderful way to commemorate the occasion.
I was told we could use the pool, but I couldn't. I was also told we could get a bus. The bus stop information was wrong. I spent £50 for a taxi.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well kept. I used the gym, pool, and sauna without issues. Breakfast was great for the price I paid, with a lot of options available, and I will definitely come back. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the location.
I had issues with noise from other rooms. I heard loud noises, embarrassing when I wanted to relax. I could also hear snoring at night. I think people with children might have problems with that, as it may wake them up.
