My trip to the hotel was quite a mix of experiences. The setting by the lake was absolutely stunning, making it a lovely place to unwind. I enjoyed the assistance from some of the staff, but overall, there were major hiccups with my stay, especially regarding the dining and service. The prices were also quite steep for what was offered, leading to some disappointment.
